However, now I have the 2016 servers in aįull mesh and they are constantly hanging up. I had the initial setup to first replicate the files from the local 2012 server to the local 2016 server at each location to cut down on bandwidth usageįor the initial sync, and once there was no backlog, I would start a "full mesh" replication between the 2016 servers and decommission the 2012. However, the 2016 servers are a completely different story. ![]() They are doing exactly what theyĪre supposed to. 3 2012 servers are replicating in a full mesh just fine. We currently have 2012 servers that are doing that for us, however they are also doubling as domain controllers and we would like to separate that up. Their sole purpose is to act as a namespace server and provide the same local files to the users at that location by using DFS. ![]() Here's the issue: I just recently built 3 Windows Server 2016 servers, each to go in their own remote location.
